The frame is welded from thick sections and stress-relieved in a high-temperature furnace, so it does not distort over the years and keeps its cutting accuracy.
Every frame is machined on a CNC milling centre with internal bracing, so the rail and gantry mounting surfaces are flat and precise.
±0.01 mm positioning accuracy gives precise parts even for ornaments and complex shapes on large sheets.

A cast gantry of aerospace-grade, T6 heat-treated aluminium, light and strong, so it moves fast without flexing.
A Raytools head sets focus automatically for piercing and cutting different thicknesses, much faster than manual adjustment.
Two powerful extraction fans and a bed divided into 6 zones, each extracting fumes only where the cut is.
A magnetic wireless handset for calibration and cutting from any angle, and a dust-sealed, air-conditioned electrical cabinet to protect the electronics.
