Who we are

This website is owned and operated by Robotech CNC (commercial registration no. 7033199527), Saudi Arabia. We are committed to protecting your personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

Data we collect

The site has no user accounts and no forms that send your data to our servers. We only receive your data when you contact us yourself on WhatsApp or by phone, and it may include:

• Your name and mobile number.
• Your city and installation site, to arrange delivery.
• Details of your work, materials and the photos you send us, to recommend the right machine.

Technical data

Like any website, the hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type and visit time, for operation and security.

We currently use no advertising trackers and no cookies of our own for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

The site uses external services that are subject to their own privacy policies:

• WhatsApp links that take you to the WhatsApp app owned by Meta. The pre-filled message includes the page you clicked from, so we know which machine you are asking about.
• YouTube videos (owned by Google): the video thumbnail is loaded from YouTube's servers, the player only loads when you press play, and privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) is used.

How we use your data

• Answering your enquiries and recommending the right machine.
• Preparing quotes and delivering, installing and training you on the machine.
• Contacting you about warranty, maintenance and spare parts.

Sharing data

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We only share it when needed to provide the service you requested, or when required under the laws in force in the Kingdom.

Retention and protection

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and follow up on warranty and maintenance, or as long as the law requires, then delete it. We take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorised access.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you and request a copy.
• Request that your data be corrected or updated.
• Request deletion of your data when it no longer needs to be kept.
• Withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we add new services or tools to the site, and the last updated date will appear at the top of the page.
